This is a finite chronicle of the last twelve weeks of GameCult work. It is not a changelog in a dramatic hat. Each chapter follows the work as a story, with repositories treated as the characters they have gradually become: each has a job, a temperament, a boundary it is trying to defend, and a very public commit history when it gets that job wrong.
The claims are grounded in the linked repository commits and project surfaces. Narrative is the connective tissue; it does not get to counterfeit the body.
